Teachers need to continue to learn because there are new information that are coming out every day. That is the reason why there are Teachers Training several times a year.
Most of the students are grateful whenever there are teachers training because there are no classes whenever there is a scheduled teachers conference or training. When in fact they should be grateful because their teachers are learning new information about the styles of teaching, new information about the subject they are teaching. Teachers should never tire of learning because once they no longer learn, students can never make use of them. If you are a teacher and you have stopped learning. It is about time that you retire and let somebody else take your place. Somebody who is excited to teach and learn at the same time. The future is at stake here because if you don't the ones that you teach can become the future leaders and they will depend on what you have taught them.
