The benefit to online courses is that they are specialized to meet the needs of the teacher. Teachers are able to take classes in certain subjects or take classes that help them improve their teaching methods and styles. With the increase in students with special needs, there are many classes that help the teachers learn to spot troubled children and gives them professional methods to make sure these special children are given an equal chance at education.
